This workshop will explore creative and spiritual practices for Advent. Participants will leave with a "rule of life" for the Advent season that incorporates daily, weekly and singular rituals. In a season that can feel hectic, materialistic and stressful, making an intentional plan to engage spiritual practice can help us stay grounded in the expectant joy of Advent.
