The holiday season can be absolutely overwhelming. Loaded expectations, added obligations and overflowing to-do lists can send us spinning. It's easy to lose all site of what the season means to us and how we truly want to spend our time and energy as we celebrate. This workshop will help you be proactive about creating the holiday season you wish for. We'll explore what the holiday season of your dreams would look like and what gets in the way that happening. Then we'll set some intentions for your holiday spiritual practices that will help you slow down, look up and tap back into wonder. Finally, we'll get creative and make a hands on project that you can use during your spiritual practices throughout the season. I hope you'll join me as we prepare for a season of wonder together!
